Dani Brown is the director of People and Culture at Chiefs for Change where she works to evolve and strengthen the organization’s initiatives around educational leadership and support. With over two decades of invaluable experience in HR and organizational development, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.

Throughout her career, Dani has been a driving force in fostering inclusive work environments and spearheading strategic growth. Previously serving as the managing director of Talent & Organizational Culture at KIPP Capital Region Public Schools, she has a proven track record of enhancing performance and nurturing dynamic teams.

Dani’s proficiency in operational guidance and change management, combined with her expertise in launching and transforming multiple businesses, aligns seamlessly with Chief for Change’s mission of transforming education. Dani has consistently supported businesses in establishing their presence and thriving within their communities. Her commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces and making a positive impact in the community is exemplified by her role as a board member of the Capital Region Human Resources Association, where she chairs the DEI committee.

Dani holds a bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College, a master’s in Business Administration from Strayer University and is certified as a senior professional in Human Resources.
