As an associate for the development and strategic partnerships team, Nathan manages internal processes and systems and tracks relevant information for a variety of projects and initiatives.

Prior to joining Chiefs for Change, he worked for the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) Southeast Office as the education coordinator for the southern division. There, he helped to expand the organization’s signature K-12 anti-bullying program to more than 500 schools. He also supported other key efforts, including anti-bias programming in schools, workplaces, and communal organizations.
